In Mark's Gospel, generally believed to be the earliest written, we'll meet Jesus - the man who is King. He totally confounded people's expectations of leadership. He came to serve and not to be served. His road was one of self-denial and sacrifice, his crown was made of thorns - and he calls us to follow him.
